This foodie-inspired event is meant to highlight all of your favorite thanksgiving day sides, and we’re taking it up a notch by pairing each with Henway Hard Cider. Think Thanksgiving dinner, minus the turkey!
Chef Kat has crafted a delectable 5-course pairing, crafted with local ingredients and special recipes handed down for generations. The 1st Course features a Great Country Farms Fall Harvest Salad of kale and mixed greens, sliced pear, red onion, crumbled Village Cheeseworks Blue Cheese, toasted pecans and apple cider vinaigrette.
The 2nd Course brings hearty whipped roasted garlic mashed potatoes with thyme-infused turkey gravy . The 3rd Course includes a savory roasted acorn & carnival squash with brown butter and sage.
To round out the 4th Course, enjoy a savory herb stuffing with apples and sausage. Dessert rounds out the final course with a slice of classic pumpkin by Knead it Bakery topped with freshly whipped cream.
Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a Virginia hard cider and features local ingredients, offering an extended sense of seasonality and place.
Reservations are available for $45.00 per guest, plus tax and a 20% gratuity.
