Kick off your 2025 goals with Henway Hard Cider’s Walk and Wassail event at Great Country Farms. Start the New Year with a refreshing 1-mile walk through scenic fields and wooded trails. This family-friendly loop is stroller-accessible, making it a perfect outing for all ages.

After your walk, warm up at the Cider Barn Bonfire with a cup of spiced wassail cider, hot mulled wine, or classic hot cider. Pair your drink with Great Country Farms’ signature apple cider donuts or delicious bites fresh from our kitchen. The Taps and Kitchen open at 11:00 a.m.—check out our menu and current tap list.

WHAT IS WASSAIL CIDER?

Wassail cider is a traditional spiced drink with roots in English holiday celebrations. Made by warming cider with a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, citrus, and honey, it delivers a perfectly balanced sweetness.
