Winter puts us in the mood for cozy ambiance, hearty fare and red wine. Join us for our first Bourbon Barrel Chef’s Table Dinner.
Ascend the mountain and dine beneath the twinkle lights at The Stable as we feature the release of an all-time favorite and Vista Club Exclusive Signature Series wine - The Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon.
Upon arrival, indulge in a welcome burger slider featuring beef from Great Country Farms and a welcome beverage while you meet and mingle with our Winemaker, Scott, and Great Country Farms Farmers. They will both take a few minutes to talk about their roles within our farm vineyard and family farm.
Then indulge in a four-course dinner crafted with seasonal vegetables and herbs from Great Country Farms and local beef from Gore’s Meats. The first three courses will feature beef from a local farm, each paired with a Bluemont Vineyard wine and the main course will feature a pairing of the Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon. The final course will feature a deconstructed apple pie featuring a late variety apples from Great Country Farms.
During dinner, enjoy conversation with our knowledgeable wine staff and Chef Karli, who will share the inspiration behind each wine pairing course.
Reservations are available for $135.00 per guest plus tax and a 20% gratuity and includes four courses and a welcome beverage.
