We can comfortably seat 30 guests inside the fireplace room so this is the maximum guest count we can accommodate at The Reserve. Looking for a larger event space that offers our bespoke wedding planning- visit The Stable at Bluemont Vineyard.

We do require that you serve Bluemont Vineyard Wines. Everyone wants to enjoy wines from your host vineyard right?! Couples are welcome to provide their own beer and spirits. We will guide you to the Virginia ABC website to purchase a permit to bring outside beer and spirits to our vineyard.

Yes! You are welcome to select your own officiant or minister, cake vendor, florist, music and photographer and we have some great recommendations to fit your budget.

Your wedding planner will help you map out your day and choose a suitable arrival time up to 2 hours prior to your ceremony time. Couples needing additional time on site may purchase up to two extra hours for $150 per hour.

After securing the venue booking, you will receive a customized reception proposal and it will itemize the china package, napkins staffing and catering selections.

Yes! We think this makes your wedding day much more relaxed. We recommend arranging a suitable date the week before your wedding to drop off any decorations, beverages, design elements, favors etc. Drop off appointments are scheduled to last a maximum of 1 hour.

We offer house catering and are happy to provide you a custom reception quote. Couples may choose their own caterer as well. There is a $500 fee to bring in an outside caterer for access to our prep kitchen area. This covers set up and a post event deep kitchen clean. Self catering or pot luck style are not permitted. Outside caterers are required to provide staffing and remove their own trash and all items brought on site such as tents, grills, etc. Outside caters must provide proof of insurance and a Certificate of Insurance Listing both Bluemont Vineyard LLC and Bluemont Properties LLC as additionally insured.

Most of our couples choose from our Experience Bluemont Menus as the most cost effective customizable food service. We will provide a full reception proposal customized to meet your needs from cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to full plated dinners.

There is a $1000 non-refundable retainer due to confirm your booked date. Our amazing wedding planning team will contact you immediately to support your planning and this payment goes to support your planning process. The balance of your Boutique Micro Wedding Package is due 6 months prior to your event date and your final reception payment based on your customized reception menu and selections is due with your final guest count 3 weeks prior to your event. All payments are non-refundable.
