FAQ
Do you offer outside reservations November - March?
Due to the unpredictable nature of weather on the mountain in November, we will be offering reservations for table service for our indoor dining spaces. We do this in order to guarantee the best quality of service for our guests. In the event of inclement weather or colder temperatures, we have more limited space in which to accommodate guests indoors, and we aim to be able to guarantee indoor seatings for those who have made reservations with us. Our outdoor dining spaces are still open for guests to enjoy with service from our Patio Bar.
At the beginning of each week throughout the month of November, our Management and Office Team will assess the weather forecast for the weekend, and determine whether or not to open our outdoor dining spaces for full table service. In the event these spaces become available, we will reach out to all existing reservations to confirm and transfer their reservations to one of our outdoor spaces.
I’m visiting for a special occasion. Do you offer anything specific for this type of reservation?
Our celebration boxes are the perfect addition to a birthday party, bridal shower, anniversary, or any ‘special’ day! To preorder, and for more information, please make a table service reservation online and select “Celebration Box” as an add-on.
I’m engaged! Who can I contact for wedding inquiries?
Congratulations! Please visit our curated Weddings page for detailed information.
Will fare be available during my visit? Can I bring my own?
We offer a wide variety of light fare, including seasonally rotating items. Please see our Menu for a complete list of current offerings. We kindly ask that you purchase all food & beverage items from your designated server on the day of your visit. Outside food & beverages are not permitted.
Something came up... can I cancel my reservation?
We understand, plans change. Your reservation deposit amount can be rolled over to a new date, or we can issue a Bluemont Vineyard gift card. Please contact us to submit a cancellation request.
What is your policy for inclement weather? Will indoor seating be available?
When booking an experience, please note that the majority of our property is to be enjoyed outdoors. We offer both indoor reservations as well as outdoor reservations, daily. We encourage you to dress for the weather and space that you’ve booked. Often we are fully booked, especially if visiting on a weekend, and therefore, we cannot guarantee adjusting your seating to a new space or adjusting your experience. Leading up to your visit, if you would prefer to reschedule due to inclement weather, you are welcome to reach out to us. Your non-refundable reservation deposit will be credited towards your next visit.
I’m a Vista Wine Club member. Do I need a reservation?
We do ask members to make a reservation for either the Indoor Club Lounge or Outdoor Deck. To make a VWC table service reservation, please visit our Club page. Your reservation deposit will be waived. Note - you must be logged into your account before exploring Tock.

Parties larger than 10 guests require a Large Party Rental of either our indoor Harvest Room Loft or outdoor Crows Nest Patio. We will not accommodate large parties that arrive on site without a reservation or private space rental.
Can I book multiple smaller tables?
In an effort to ensure the best experience for your overall group as well as other parties visiting with us, we will not accommodate large groups who have booked multiple table reservations. In the event multiple reservations are made, our reservations team will be forced to cancel your reservation and a refund will be provided in full for any funds collected when booking.
